Is it permitted to use an extension (cheater bar) on a wrench handle?
1) when the pipe extension is no more than twice the length of the wrench handle and covers the handle at least 1/2 its length.
2) when the pipe extension has an inside diameter that is no more than 1/8" larger than the widest wrench handle dimension.
