A) x -y =1
B) x * y =1
B) y = 1/x

A) x -(1/x) = 1
Multiplying both sides by "x"
A) x^2 -1 = x
A) x^2 -x -1 = 0

Solving by the quadratic formula
x = 1.618 and
y = .618
