Use the poin-slope form of the equation of a line:-

y - y1 = m(x - x1) (where m = slope and the point is (x1, y1))

Plugging in the given values:-

y - 6 = 2/5(x - 10)

multiplying through by 5:-

5y - 30 = 2(x - 10)

5y - 30 = 2x - 20

5y = 2x + 10

In standard form the equation is

2x - 5y = -10 (answer)
