Since the centre and the point have the same x-coordinate,we can use the y-coordinate to find the length of radius, which is:

7-3= 4 units

We can then find the area of the circle which is: 丌r^2

The area of the circle:
丌(4)^2
=3.14(16)
=50.24 sq.units

Hope it helps!
