I just studied it in my class.
DNA is double helix but RNA is single stranded.
DNA stays inside nucleus but RNA can go outside nucleus.
In DNA base pairs are adenine, thymine, cytosine and guanine but in RNA base pairs are adenine, uracil, cytosine and guanine.
