m = 5 [tex]\frac{1}{3}[/tex]

note that 1 [tex]\frac{1}{3}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{4}{3}[/tex]

isolate m by adding [tex]\frac{4}{3}[/tex] to both sides

m = 4 + [tex]\frac{4}{3}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{16}{3}[/tex] = 5 [tex]\frac{1}{3}[/tex]
