The Answers is

g(x) = (x + 1)/(x - 2)

h(x) = 4 - x

g(h(x)) = (4 - x + 1)/(4 - x - 2) = (5 - x)/(2 - x)

g(h(-3)) = (5 - (-3))/(2 - (-3)) = (5 + 3)/(2 + 3) = 8/5

g(h(-3)) = 8/5.
