Given the equation of a circle in the form

[tex](x-x_0)^2+(y-y_0)^2=r^2[/tex]

You have that [tex](x_0,y_0)[/tex] is the center, and [tex]r[/tex] is the radius.

So, in your case, the center is [tex](-9,6)[/tex] and the radius is 5.
