Answer:Cache Memory.

Explanation: Volatile data is the data that is capable of getting lost or disappear whenever the operating system gets turned off from the memory storage. The largest volatile data thus gets stored in the cache memory because it is a fast memory and can store the volatile data but apparently loose data too quickly as the device gets turned off .

It is considered to be more volatile in nature as compared to the RAM(Random access memory)
