Is secondary active transport considered as passive transport?

As sodium on one side has a higher concentration, and travels back down to the lower concentration and brings glucose with it too.

So it is from high -> low, then is it kind of like passive transport?

Respuesta :

Based from the given scenario, I can conclude that secondary active transport is indeed considered as a passive transport because the sodium-potassium pump utilizes energy and secondary transport will rely on this.
