Voltage can be calculated in various ways but I am a easier solution to it:

Explanation:

V=I×R instead of this formula I use:

P=I×V

600=400×V

600=400V

Divide both sides by 400

V=3÷2

V=1.5 J/C

1volt=1coulomb or joule
