Zero product property.

The term "product" means the answer from a multiplication operation.
If the product is 0, it means that any factor of the multiplication is 0.

ab = 0 ; either a = 0 ; or b = 0

ab = 0 ; a = 1, then, b = 0.

1 x 0 = 0
0 x 10000000000 = 0

In any multiplication problem, if one of its factor is 0, the product is equal to 0.
