  2x - 3y = 6
- 2x        - 2x
        -3y = -2x + 6
         -3         -3
           y = ²/₃x - 2

The answer is C.

The general equation of the slope intercept form is y = mx + b. The first step is to add the whole equation by 3y then subtract by 6 and then divide both sides by 3.  Hence, the slope intercept form of the equation 2x - 3y = 6 is equal to C. y = 2/3x - 2
