Step-by-step explanation: First you have to  distribute the 10 to  3x +2 and 7 to 2x -4 . 10 times 3x + 2 is 30x + 20. 7 times 2x -4 is 14 x -28 .  Subtract 20 from both sides, which is  30x = 14x-48 , because -28 minus 20 is -48.  Subtract 14 x from both sides which is gonna be  16x >-48 , divide both sides by 16 which is x > -3.
