Hyposecretion of growth hormone(STH) before puberty causes hypophyseal nanism which means that without treatment the individual won't grow taller than 120-130cm.

Hyposecretion in adulthood causes Simmonds disease which is a rare disease causing premature aging by tissue atrophy.
