-4.8 ounces for each pork chop

Explanation;

1 pound is equivalent to 16 ounces

Therefore, a 3 pound pork loin is equivalent to;

= 3 × 16

= 48 ounces

Since, they can be cut into 10 pork chops of equal weight, then;

Each pork chop will weigh;  

= 48 ounces/10

= 4.8 ounces

Each pork chop will weigh 4.8 ounces
