Answer:

Condensation – a change of state from a gas to a liquid.

Freezing- a change of state from a liquid to a solid.

Boiling/Evaporation - a change of state from a liquid to a gas.

Deposition - a change of state from a gas directly to a solid.

Sublimation - a change of state from a solid directly to a gas.
