How should criminals who suffer from a clinically diagnosed mental disorder be treated in the courts and in jail? Should it be the same as someone without a mental disorder? Better? Worse?
Answer: now this is completely an opinion but I believe that criminals with a condition shouldn’t be treated like a kid but shouldn’t be thrown into a prison where they could get hurt or hurt someone else.
