Find two consecutive even integers such that twice the second is the same as 186 less than the first integer.​

Step-by-step explanation:

let the 2 integers be x and x + 1

2(x + 1) + 186 = x

2x + 188 = x

x = -188

therefore the 2 integers are -188 and -187
