Answer: This is not useful it is actually harmful because the kids are small as what the passage said " parents making decisions about marriage for the SMALL children". Now that we know that the kids are small they shouldn't be making kids get married and planning a marriage for them. They are children and they it is going to ruin there future and scholar ship.
