Volume of a cube=side³  ⇒side=∛(volume of a cube)
side=∛(729 in³)=9 in

area of the cube face=side²=(9 in)²=81 in²
The cube have 6 faces; therefore:
area of the cube faces=6(81 in²)=486 in²

Answer: the area of  a face of this cube will be 81 in², and the area of the cube faces would be 486 in².
