The fourth amendment prohibits police from performing unwarranted and unreasonable searches. However, this does not apply in this situation because the police have a warrant signed by a judge. If a judge signed a warrant that means there is probable cause or some other reason the person's house needs to be searched. So, since the police have a warrant it is constitutional.
