f(x)=7x+19, g(x)=-4x-4

(f*g)(x)= f(g(x))= f(-4x-4)

but f(x)=7x+10

so f*g(x)=7(-4x-4)+10=-28x-28+10

= -28x-18

therefore f*g(-3)= -28(-3)-18 =84-18=66
