Answer:

y = - x - 2

2x - 3y = - 9

put value of y

2x - 3(-x - 2)= -9

2x +3x +6 = - 9

5x = - 9 - 6

5x = - 15

x = - 3

now put x in y = - x - 2

y = - (-3)-2

= 3-2

y = 1
