as we know that (a-b)^2=a^2-2ab+b^2

9((3x)^2-2(3x)(7)+(7)^2=0

solving this we got the below equation

81x2−378x+425=0

By Factorizing the equation

(9x−17)(9x−25)=0

9x−17=0 or 9x−25=0

x= 17 /9  or x= 25 /9
