x²+4x+4=0

(x+2)(x+2)=0

x= -2

f(g(x))=0

f(6x+4)=0

f(0)=0

x=-4/6

i did it in to step because i didnt understand what you mean we you write (f+g)(x)

but probably the first answer is the correct one

Answer:

x = - 2

Step-by-step explanation:

(f + g)(x)

= f(x) + g(x)

= x² - 2x + 6x + 4

= x² + 4x + 4

Then

x² + 4x + 4 = 0 ← in standard form

(x + 2)² = 0 ← in factored form

x + 2 = 0

x = - 2
