AB/CB = BE/BD

Given

CD = 12m

AB = 19m.

CB = CD+BD

19/15 = BE/3

Cross multiply

15BE = 19×3

15BE = 57

BE = 57/15

BE = 3.8m

Hence the length of BE is 3.8m
