Multiply both sides by 6 and you'll end up with x ≤ -108

The graph will involve a closed circle at -108 and shading to the left

We use a closed circle to include the endpoint -108 itself. If we didn't have the "or equal to" part, then we'd be using an open hole at the endpoint instead.

The shading to the left is to describe values smaller than -108. Overall, the entire thing consists of stuff smaller than -108 or -108 itself.
