Step One: We need to divide 12 by 1 hour/60 minutes as we need to know how much times to multiply to get to 60. 60 divided by 12 equals 5

Step Two: Multiply 5 by 7/8. In 12 minutes, it's 5 times (12x5 equals 60).

38/5 or 7 3/5
