Before the fall,

Potential energy = (mass) x (gravity) x (height)

                                 = (0.2 kg) x (9.8 m/s²) x (7.0 m)

                                 =     13.72 joules .

All the potential energy is lost during the fall.
So the change is  13.72 joules.
