She is incorrect because:

Multiply 5 by what?

and also

Instead of dividing by four, it should be (4/5) which is just (4 divided by 5).

This means that it is (divided by five), not (divided by four).

I hope this can help :)

Answer:

She is incorrect

Step-by-step explanation:

4/5=0.8

0.8/5=0.16

But on the other hand, 0.8*5=4

the 2 answers are different, therefore she is incorrect
