panick attack, I get it from socializing in a large group or a theater performance for example. i feel it both mentally and physically when it happens, to cope with it I fill my brain with oxygen. simple exercise, with your right hqnd put your thumb on your right nostril and slowly breathe in, then put your index finger on left nostril and put the thumb down and breathe out.
Anxiety as physically it makes me tremble and unable to project my voice, mentally it fills up my brain with a lot of negative scenarios and socially is that it disables my communication and isolates me from people.
