Answer:

y = 2/3x - 5

Step-by-step explanation:

y + 1 = 2/3(x - 6)

y + 1 = 2/3x - 4               2/3(x ) 2/3x    and 2/3(-6) = -12/3 = -4

   -1  =          -1               Add -1 to both sides

y = 2/3x - 5    is in the form y = mx + b
