the answer to this question should be 3x + 10y + 5
the constant of y is 10 and the constant is 5
due to the lack of an equal sign all you have to do is simplify and add all similar terms (like y with y and x with x)
there are no other x's besides 3x so we leave it as it is, we take 4y and 6y and add them together getting 10y, as for 2 and 3, they are also similar terms so we also add them together getting 5.
