Three consecutive natural numbers have a sum of 30.

What is the least number?

Let, the numbers are: x, x+1, x+2
It is given that,  x + x+1 + x+2 = 30
3x + 3 = 30
3x = 30-3
x = 27/3
x = 9

So, the least number is 9
