The x- intercept is 2.

What is intercept?

The x-intercept is the point where a line crosses the x-axis, and the y-intercept is the point where a line crosses the y-axis.

Given:

x + y + z = 2

( x + y + z ) /2 = 1

x/2+ y/2 +z/2 = 1

Intercept of line

x/a + y/b + z/ c= 1

So, comparing

a=2, which is the x- intercept.

Hence, the x- intercept is 2.
