I have a triangle one side is 5" one is 3" and the perimeter is 13". what is the length of the other side

Well since a triangle has 3 sides and the perimeter is the fence going round the triangle this is straight forward.

5 + 3 = 8
13 - 8 = 5
The other side should equal 5" unless I read the question wrong
