How do you do ( 2 to the -7 ) < 2 , to the power of negative 7 ?????

With negative exponents you make it a fraction.
For example with your equation it would be
1/2^7<2
So basically you just flip the fraction to cancel out the negative then you can continue to solve.

You would combine like terms , combine 2 too 2 and 2 too -7 it should be 4 - 14
