Why do some people think that PACs have too much influence in government

People think this because pacs are citizens funding government parties and candidates. These candidates will be then sometimes be influenced by those who are funding them. Essentially candidates will sometimes align their views with those funding. Also pacs Raise money to lobby president and congress. Thus they influence government decisions
