The answer is B. 10

This is because the pattern goes minus 3 and then plus 7

1 - 3 = -2
-2 + 7 = 5
5 - 3 = 2
2 + 7 = 9
9 - 3 = 6
6 + 7 = 13
13 - 3 = 10

Theres your answer! :)

Hope it helped. Have a great night!
