y=(3/2)x+5 has a slope of (3/2).

The line we are trying to construct is PARALLEL to this line,
so it will have the same slope value: m=(3/2).

It will likely have a new y-intercept though.

y = mx + b
y = (3/2)x + b

They gave us a point that satisfies this line,
so we'll plug it in,

3 = (3/2)2 + b

The 2 in the denominator cancels out with the multiplying 2,

3 = 3 + b

Subtract 3, giving us our y-intercept of 0 = b.

So we end up with this as a final result,

y = (3/2)x
