Before it is boiled is <100 degrees Celsius and after it is boiled it would be > 100 degrees Celsius

-- After the water starts boiling: The temperature remains at 100 degree celsius till all the water is evaporated

-- After it is completely boiled: the temperature starts rising from 100 degree celsius
