I'm the triangle m< 1 =32 and m<4 =71 what is m< 2

Assuming that you meant m<3, m<2 = 77. 

m<2 = x

32 + 71 + x = 180
Because the interior angles of a triangle equal 180, simply add 32, 71, and x, and set it equal to 180. Then, solve for x.
103 + x = 180

x = 77
