Hello 
let : f(x) = 6 + √(14+x) - √(9x)
f(2) = 
6 + √(14+2) - √(9×2)
f(2) = 6 + √(16)-√(18) 
f(2) = 6 + 4 - √(18)  = 10 - √(18)
