I invest £6400 in a savings account that pays 2.5% simple interest per annual. How much money will be there on the account at the end of 8 years?

2.5% simple interest times 8 years is 20%.

20% of 6,400 is 1,280

Add to your initial investment of 6,400 and get

7,680
