No pi is not a rational number. A rational number is a real number that can be written as a simple fraction. In this case, pi cannot be a fraction.

No, pi is not a rational number.

Pi represents the irrational number 3.14159... which round to 3.14. A rational number is a number that can be written as a fraction and since pi is an infinite non repeating decimal so it can't be written as a fraction.
