-3x + 6y + 5 = -7
                -5    -5
      -3x + 6y = -12
-3x + 3x + 6y = -12 + 3x
6y = -12 + 3x
 6           6
  y = -2 + 1/2x
-3x + 6(-2 + 1/2x) = -12
-3x - 12 + 3x = -12
-3x + 3x - 12 = -12
0x - 12 = -12
     +12   +12
       0x = 0
        0     0
         x = 0
-3(0) + 6y = -12
0 + 6y = -12
+0           +0
      6y = -12
       6       6
        y = -2
  (x, y) = (0, -2)
