NH3 + H20 YIELDS NH4+ + OH-

So, the NH3 and the OH- are stoichiometrically equivalent.

So, we have 0.15M OH-

p OH = -log [OH-]

p OH = -log[0.15) = 0.824

pH = 14 - p OH

pH = 13.18
