The answer to the question above would be this: A patient with a history of Hypertension. We know that Tylenol is an acetaminophen, a drug for fever and pain. It is known that most of the drugs that are pain killers are proven to increase blood pressure. This effect can be seen for those who have normal blood pressure and to those who have higher than normal. Aside from this, the use of acetaminophen can also interfere in the actions of antihypertensive drugs.
