When the government uses censorship, it puts a limit on what??

The answer to the given question above is FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION. This is what is being limited once the government implements the use of censorship. When censorship is done by the government, this hinders the practice of speech or public communication, thus, the freedom of expression will no longer be possible.
